Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PACE Chief of Staff (the “Service”), provided by the Pan-African Center for Empowerment (“PACE”). The Service is invite-only and intended for authorized PACE staff and directors. By using it you agree to these Terms.

Access

Access is granted by a PACE administrator and tied to your name, work email, and mobile number. Access is personal to you and may be suspended or revoked at any time. The assistant ignores any sender it does not recognize as authorized.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for legitimate PACE business and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
  • Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to send content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
  • You are responsible for instructions you give the assistant and for approving outbound actions.

Messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and using the Service you consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages from the assistant related to your requests and account — including approval prompts, confirmations, notifications, and reports. Message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Approvals & no warranty

The assistant prepares actions (such as email drafts) for your review; outbound third-party sends require your explicit approval from your own phone. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. You remain responsible for reviewing actions before approving them.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
