StrategyYour thought partner for direction, positioning and priorities. It reasons back with options, trade-offs and next moves. “Capture that” saves the thinking to a private “GarV Strategy” doc in your Coda.
Web ResearcherEveryone has it. Searches and reads the live web and answers with sources. Other agents use it to fact-check. Say “go deeper” for more sources.
Web OperatorWorks through one specific website in a real browser: searches it, pages through results and pulls what you asked for, then answers with the pages it read. It stays on that site, never logs in, pays or submits, and keeps a screenshot of every step. Directs the Navigator and the Registrar.
Workspace AdminAdmins only. PACE’s Google Workspace accounts: lists accounts and groups and looks one up right away. Creating an account, suspending or restoring one, resetting a password and changing group membership each wait for your YES. Temporary passwords go into the Credential Vault, never into chat. It never deletes an account or changes another admin.

QuickBooks specialistPulls live financials from QuickBooks for Finance.
RegistrarUnder the Web Operator. Creates PACE’s account on a grant portal after your YES: fills the form from the organization profile, confirms the sign-up email, and logs in once to check. The password is generated and kept encrypted in the Credential Vault; the model never sees it. A CAPTCHA or phone code stops it and asks a person.
Search ManagerUnder Marketing. Google Business Profile (reviews, posts, hours) and Search Console (rankings, sitemaps). Public listing changes wait for your YES.
Web ManagerUnder Marketing. Edits our Framer program websites and adds blog posts with stock photos. Publishing a site waits for your YES.

Inbox zero, without losing what matters

GarV keeps your inbox clear and surfaces only what needs you. Every cleanup, automatic or one you trigger, is reversible.

1 · Clears the noise

Promotions, social, updates

GarV moves noise mail to Trash and rescues anything that matters (someone you know, an action, a reply you owe) into Primary, starred. Noise sits in your inbox for 48 hours first, so you can catch it. A star always means keep.

2 · Bulk delete, controlled

Clear old mail by date

From your portal, clear everything before a date you choose. You see the exact count first and can protect starred or important mail. Deleted mail goes to Trash for 30 days.

3 · Nothing is really gone

Trash recovery review

GarV re-scans Trash and stars anything that still looks important. Mark the ones you agree with as Important and GarV restores them to your inbox.

Twice a day (8am and 4pm Pacific) GarV sends you the short list of emails that still need a reply or an action.

Invite-only, for @getonpace.org accounts. Everyone gets the Secretary, the Elder and the Web Researcher. An admin grants everything else, person by person.

Your email and calendar, plus what you are granted

An admin adds Finance, People-Ops, Project Manager, Marketing, Capital Planning, Knowledge or Office Manager per person. If you are not granted an agent, no request reaches it, however you ask.

Director

Every org agent

Senior staff get every specialist except admin-only ones (cost and system reports). Directors also see leadership-level knowledge.

Admin

Everything, plus the portal

Every agent, the reports, and the admin portal: add people, grant or revoke agents, set wages for the value reports, and watch the system.

Knowledge by level

GarV only recalls knowledge you are cleared to see.

Everyone

The Elder’s teachings, web research, and notes a director or admin shares with the whole organization.

Your teams

Knowledge that belongs to an agent you are granted. Grants and donor records stay with the fundraising team; The Union’s mail with The Union team.

Working docs are for directors and admins. Your own notes, meetings and email work are private to you.

Use GarV from your AI app

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other apps that support MCP can connect to GarV at https://agents.getonpace.org/mcp. You sign in with your @getonpace.org Google account and approve the connection. GarV keeps the same agents and the same access. When something needs your approval, your app asks you to Approve or Decline it right there.

Yours alone, and safe

GarV reads and sends only from your own accounts. Anyone the system doesn’t recognize is ignored.

Anything that sends, posts, pays or publishes waits for your approval: a YES on your phone, or Approve in your AI app. Only the person who asked can approve it. Work the system starts on its own needs an admin’s approval.
